The Memorial Hospital of Salem County offers Phase II cardiac rehabilitation, a telemetry (cardiac monitored) exercise program supervised by a registered nursing staff skilled in advanced cardiac life support. The individualized exercise program accommodates patients' various medical conditions and physical needs.

Most insurances cover outpatient, Phase II (telemetry monitored) cardiac rehabilitation services at 80 to 90 percent. Supplemental policies typically cover the remaining 20 percent. Participants are encouraged to contact providers as coverage varies from policy to policy. For those who do not have insurance coverage, a self-pay option is available.
