Welcome Marilyn DiCicco the new Director of Human Resources for MHSC.

DiCicco comes to MHSC after serving as the Associate Hospital Director of Human Resources for Northeastern Hospital, in Philadelphia.

During her time with Northeastern, she achieved 100 percent compliance with clinical licensure requirements, employee annual mandatory competency completion, PPD compliance and annual performance evaluation completion. She also successfully worked to reduce employee grievances in the hospital by more than 40 percent.

From 1996 to 2009, Ms. DiCicco worked within the Temple University Health System, most recently Northeastern Hospital.

She served in numerous capacities including Associate Director of Human Resources for Temple Physicians Incorporated, directing all human resources functions for 150 physicians and 300 non-physician employees. Additionally, she served as Annual Giving Manager for more than a year and raised $250,000 — the most successful annual fund raising campaigns in the organization’s history.

DiCicco has earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix. She also has a certificate of Professional Human Resource Management and Fundamentals of Fundraising from Villanova University. She is an active member of the Society of Human Resource Management.
