Congratulations to Amanda Lotito – the 2009 Employee of the Year for The Memorial Hosital of Salem County!

Ms. Lotito works in Human Resources (HR) as a Human Resources Coordinator. She is responsible for providing the HR staff with support in a wide range of services, including day-to-day operation of the department. Her daily responsibilities can include, assisting with compliance tracking, employee orientation, employee recognition, employee health, and other additional tasks.

Ms. Lotito plays a major role in events including Hospital Week, Star of the Month, Holiday activities and more.

“Her willingness to go above and beyond, her professional attitude, her team-oriented nature, dependability, and flexibility are the reasons that I feel she earned the award,” said Marilyn DiCicco the director of Human Resources for MHSC.

“Amanda always plays a major role in the activities we do here in HR. She is a model employee and holds true to the MHSC values … we are fortunate to have her in Salem.”

Ms. Lotito has been part of the MHSC family since 2005.
