To schedule an appointment and pre-register for MRI, CT, Mammography, Ultrasound, Nuclear Medicine, EKG or Pre-Admittance testing, please call Centralized Scheduling at (856) 878-6893, Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. To contact Central Registration for Lab and admission questions, please call (856) 339-6010, Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to noon.

To register on-site for outpatient services, please go to the outpatient registration area just off the main hospital lobby and check-in. If you have confirmation that you’ve been pre-registered, please go directly to that department.

In order to expedite your registration process, please bring your insurance card(s), two forms of identification and any prescriptions from your doctor including diagnosis codes or a diagnosis description. Please make certain the prescription is signed by your doctor.

If a special procedure is being performed, please provide the registrar with a referral or pre-certification number which is provided by your insurance company or your doctor’s office.
