Questions About Your Bill

Most questions regarding your bill are related to the terms and conditions of your health insurance coverage. You and your insurance provider must resolve matters relating to services billed to you by the Hospital but not paid by your specific plan. The limits of your coverage are defined by the terms and conditions of your private or government-funded insurance plan, not by the Hospital. The phone number to call for customer service is usually found on the back of your insurance card, or in the information packet sent to you by your insurance company.

For answers to all other questions related to your bill, call (856) 339-6297/6298. A member of the Hospital's Patient Accounting Department will be ready to assist you. Please have your health insurance information and the Hospital's Statement that was mailed to you ready when your call. Office hours are 8:30 a.m.- 4:30 p.m.

Payment Plans

Persons needing financial assistance, or who wish to make special arrangements with the Hospital for payment of bills, should contact the Hospital's Financial Counselor at (856) 339-6013. An appointment will be made by the Counselor to discuss your situation and provide all possible assistance. Office hours are 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m., or special appointments can be made for interviews.
